People to Places is a non-profit Charity and therefore relies on fund-raising and grants to maintain the work that we do in the community.   If you like meeting people and you have good communication and organisation skills then becoming a fund-raiser helps People to Places maintain the services that we provide our members.

Fund-raising is a flexible volunteering opportunity to accommodate your availability, skills and interests.

People to Places like to have a stall at local fairs and events.   If you would like to set up a display and/or run a stall on occasional weekends then we would love for you to contact us.

People to Places holds a Flag Day twice a year, raising awareness of People to Places and how we help the local community.   If just twice a year you have 2/3 days in a week that you could volunteer to help People to Places co-ordinate these Flag Days and organise the licences then we would be pleased if you could contact us.

We also welcome volunteers to help us on the day.

Collection tins are displayed in local shops and other venues around the Royal Borough.   Do you have a day a week that you could volunteer to distribute / collect the tins?

We hold a raffle at other fund-raising events and always need raffle prizes.   Would you be able to volunteer approximately a day per month to contact local shops / restaurants / businesses for the donation of prizes?    Could you volunteer to collect prize donations?

People to Places are always seeking new ways to fund-raise and welcome holding a variety of new events.   Could you organise an event for us?
